When my daughter woke up and couldn’t sleep after having bad dreams, her aunt brought her a “dream catcher”. Since that day she has no problems sleeping.

Originally created by American Indians, dream catchers are made up of a small wooden hoop covered in a net, with sacred items such as feathers and beads hanging down from the bottom of the hoop. Dreamcatchers protect sleeping people; especially children, from bad dreams and nightmares. They catch the bad dreams and free them when the morning comes. Good dreams on the other hand, pass through the feathers to the sleeping person below.
