SHADOW YOGA

I have been experiencing Shadow Yoga for about a year, and it is the opposite of ordinary. It is a system connected to Hatha Yoga which depends on the discovery and the resolution of physical, mental and emotional patterns that constrain the person. Shadow Yoga helps the body to strengthen from the feet to the core. The student becomes purified from the excitement which excess muscle strength created and meets their hidden mental intelligence while they start to step onto an emotionally solid foundation. The poses of the Shadow Yoga naturally leads one towards their inner world.

After every class, I find myself having moved one step ahead. I learn something new about my brain and my mind at each class. While yoga challenges my body to death, that great obstacle of my life which I couldn’t manage to overcome seems like a low ditch.
