WAITING FOR ITS STORY
As a writer, I have a thing for notebooks. When I saw these hand-made old looking Ateliers C&D Davoy notebooks, I immediately got interested. As I turned the pages of this blank covered notebooks, I felt the different touch of the paper, not what we are used to. They are 18th century reproductions. Leather was rare and expensive during the French Revolution, so the books were covered with papier-mache on which labels indicated the title and the author. Inspired from ancient poetry, these notebooks will inspire anyone who has passion for writing. Made by natural techniques using water and sun, each notebook is waiting for its own story.
