ANNA LAUDEL HOSTS HANEFI YETER
Featuring works in different techniques, Hanefi Yeter constructs his new exhibition on nature and human relations.
Between 16 December 2022 and 11 February 2023, Anna Laudel Gallery will host Hanefi Yeter’s solo exhibition titled “Vesile”, which includes various compositions, sculptures, patterns and graphic works he has produced since 2019. Hanefi Yeter’s exhibition on nature and human relations brings together the artist’s works produced in the last three years. With his unique perspective, the artist focuses on the change brought on by the pandemic which left people estranged and afraid. Occupying both floors of Anna Laudel Gallery in Gümüşsuyu-Istanbul, the “Vesile” exhibition features ceramic works, sculptures, patterns and compositions that Hanefi Yeter created with passion over an extended period.
About Hanafi Yeter:
Born in 1947 in Bayburt, Hanefi Yeter started his formal education in art in the studio of Bedri Rahmi Eyüboğlu at the State Academy of Fine Arts in 1967. Following training at the Academie des Beaux-Arts in Paris and the Berlin Academy of Fine Arts, the artist appeared in exhibitions in various European cities. Yeter is currently based in Istanbul and Bodrum.
